       Consolidation of sponsorship efforts for replication and distribution of official annual publication of Les Prix Nobel of Nobel Foundation with scientific and social works of the Nobel Prize Winners in Physics, Chemistry, Physiology, Medicine, Literature, strengthening of peace and prize in memory of Alfred Nobel in Economics for the period from 1901 until 2000;
              
       Provision of Nobel Encyclopedia to the library stocks, public, local and scientific-and-technical libraries of 88 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, scientific institutions-members of the Russian Academy of Science and 664 state institution of higher education.
              
       Holding of educational tours – Visiting the places related to Alfred Noble (Saint Petersburg – Stockholm) for senior high-school students from low-income families, disabled children – victims of terrorist acts and anthropogenic disasters, talented students, representatives-beginners of scientific and creative accupation;
              
       Free transfer of the Novel Lectures information stand to 88 public local scientific and technical libraries of the Russian Federation for regular acquaintance of readers with materials related to Nobel theme;
